The following assigned exercises are provided to help you learn the basic skills you'll need to develop the course project. Each assignment consists of one or more exercises designed to build pratical experience solving basic program design and construction problems.
Some of the assignments may depend on completion of one or more earlier assignments. Together, the completed homework assignments count toward 10% of your grade. Grading of the homework will be applied quantitatively, not qualitatively. You are responsible for completing all assignments.
NOTE: Please try to avoid struggling through an assigned exercise. If you do not understand a specific task, or have difficulty understanding some of the concepts, please alert me immediately. I will try to help you decode the problem or topic, and may direct you toward supplementary resources for further support.
